We manage our staff so you don’t have to!  We monitor, train and motivate our staff so you don’t have to. Our employees are all fully insured, we cover all payroll taxes and workers’ compensation.

Equipment and Supplies:  We provide all the equipment and cleaning supplies that are required to clean your home. We take pride in using products that are eco-friendly and powerful. They are non-toxic and biodegradable.

Payment policy:  Payment is due at the time of service. The majority of our clients put a major credit card on file with us at the office and we charge your card after services. You may also leave a check in the envelope provided for the staff member to take with them. Gratuities are not expected. $5.00 late fee will be applied everyday payment is delayed beyond the service date.

Cancellation policy:  We try to be as flexible as possible. You may reschedule or skip or even cancel a cleaning up-to 48 hours before service without being charged. However, a late cancellation fee of ½ your payment will apply within 48hours until 7:00am on the day of your clean. After 7:00 am the entire fee is payable since the staffs time is not re-useable.

Home Access:  Your home must be accessible the day of your clean. Most clients provide a key that is safely locked away until the day of your clean. If the staff is unable to access your home the day of your clean the entire fee is due.

Suspension of service:  If any fees listed above have not been paid within 10 days of your clean, Greenway Cleaning, has the right to terminate your cleaning service.

Collection Fees:  In addition to any amounts owed to Greenway Cleaning, you agree to be responsible for all attorney fees we incur in seeking to bring your account current.
